i was with netscape& iswitched to sbcglobal now i cant bring up my wells fargo acount.tried to transfer email 5 or 6 times but was not sucessful. went into all programs & and changed to what i was told to do nothing works with netscape i could at lest get emails & my bank acount.
The problem is your new web browser. Some secure web sites wont let you enter them from all web browsers. You can still run two web browsers at the same time. So set up Netscape on your computer, but dint make it the default one.

Banks like to have customers, money - the more they have the better they look.
As for the $ question - banks make money by having you affiliate with their institution. If I open an acct (online or not) with, lets say, BofA and down the road I need a Mortgage - who are going to be the first people I turn to? The people at the bank(s) where my accounts are.
This is the same theory behind free checking - sure, they make some money on overdraft fees, but the money is in establishing a client who can profit the bank down the road.

And today I just went on Wells Fargo online banking to transfer some money. And then my bro came in, and hes like are you stupid. Never do that when you have a virus. So I logged off. And should I now change the password using him internet on his computer? What should I do?

I have a wells fargo account too. Pending means they are going to subtract that amount. Usually banks do all their accounting at night so the next day you will see it was subtracted from your account. Sometimes if you click on something it will tell you what it is.
