Where can I find the best savings account -online or home?

I am looking for a saving's account that is easy and has some type of return. I am going on a cruise in October and want to put a first deposit of $800 then about $50 every week until the cruise. My bank here in CT (Bank of America/Webster) are awful.

How to sign a check over to someone else?

I have a check written out to me that i need to sign over to someone else, but I dont know how. I tried to look it up online, but I got conflicting results.

if it helps the check to me is on Webster Bank and the person who needs it is at Bank of Floyd.

I would cash it at my own bank and just give them the cash, but I dont have an account anywhere.
