1. You must really know how banking procedures,policies coz you will be penalized for small buggies.
2.Use database that can support transactions, Oracle, MySQL.
3.Use j2ee server that really have supports.
4.Secure your j2ee servers
5.Use most of the outstanding functions in J2EE
6. Use JSSE for that enable secure Internet communications

I get to the site of the bank, but when i sign in, the page that should come up is blank. I think i did something wrong when i went to network, i must have clicked something that threw it off. I get yahoo and other things, but so far i cannot seem to get to my web bank information. I even tried www. etc in address but get to site but after signing in cant get any further? Please try to help me, I dont know where to turn; probably just something in network i have to re-do? e-mail me if necessary and i can explain better if we can converse that way. Pleaseeeeeee

it might be the banks website or server and nothing you did wrong. this has happened with my bank. If you need urgent access to your account then do it the old fashioned way and call the automated phone system.

I am trying to create a dynamic website, where job seekers can get registered and and use it for applying for jobs. I need to learn the programming part of which to develp a such website for my project work. Can some one please tell me
1. What are requirement hardware wise?

You can also install a free Content Management System like Joomla. You can use it to easily change content and administer the site.

Joomla has ready-to-use extensions/components for users to register/login/etc. There's also a lot of free and commercial extensions you use to enhance the site (message boards, e-commerce, image galleries, etc.)
