My bank is a very small local bank with limited functionalities in online banking. For instance it doesn't allow me to wire money internationally online, I always have to go to the bank in person to do that which is a pain. Does bank of america allow that? If not, what other bank? Thanks
yes: you should provide the beneficiary name, account number, Bank name and address: its SWIFT code
then you must have balance in your account

When i got one to check my balance this morning, there are the two boxes..your Account balance, and your Available balance.
They both have numbers in them...in the Available Balance box is the background behind the available balance numbers always a yellowish gold?
When the background behind the account balance is the same Bluish color as everything else?
You can email me if the question is confusing, im just not sure the correct way to ask it. (Sorry this is so long)...if its not suppose to be that yellowish gold color than what does it mean?
Your available balance is the one you use to determine what you can spend at the moment. The colors just help you tell the difference between the two.

I moved to Korea and I have a job and Korean bank account. I need to pay off American credit cards, but they won't withdraw money from a foreign bank. I thought I could use paypal but that hasn't worked either. Is there some online service that will withdraw from the foreign bank and let me transfer to an American bank or credit card?
You need an international bank. Try hsbc.com

Pat Choate: Stealing Ideas From Inventors
All of us know how the big Wall Street banks made a mess of Main Street. They gambled recklessly with money deposited by individuals and small businesses, lost a bundle, and then turned to U.S. taxpayers for an economy-busting bailout. Now, to top it off, they refuse to lend money to the same people who rescued them.
It doesn’t stop there, though. The banks are sticking it to the little guy in another way — in the world of patents and intellectual property.
Let me explain.
For the last decade or so, the U.S. banking industry has been processing ordinary checks in a new way. They use a special technology to produce digital images of deposited checks, and they exchange huge batches of these check images electronically rather than fly the originals all over the country. This process is now saving big banks billions of dollars a year in transportation and processing costs, and it allows them to game the overdraft system and reap billions more in bounced-check fees.
