when you look at your account online the available balance shows in either blue or black numbers. What do these colors represent.

I am not exactly sure but where in banking there are terms

"Available Balance"- How much of your money is actually available for you to use

"Current Balance"- Your actual balance but it may include money that has is being held

Ex. You have $10 in your account. You deposit $500 but and your CURRENT BALANCE is $510 but only $110 is AVAILABLE (most banks only allow $100 of a deposit to be available right away) the rest $400 will be available next day.

The color of the numbers could be a way of telling the two apart.

If the bank site is updateing etc..you will not be able to log in during that time.

A serious Swiss bank will always require you to turn up in person to open an account as they want to see you and any official ID.

HUD houses are on the internet. But only licensed Realtors, registered to sell HUD homes can place your bid. If you want one in Texas, let me know - I've sold many.
