Since you're already a customer at TD, go to a TD branch and ask them to open a TD Waterhouse account for you.
TD Waterhouse is the brokerage unit of TD.

I was wondering because I do not own a Credit card, But i have a bank access card would that work with Paypal, because i would like to purchase stuff online.. or is there any other ways i can get money in my paypal other than credit card/money order

Yeah i tried that with my HSBC account and you can do it, but the only thing you need is a chequing account which i dont have!
So what i did was go down to the nearest Money Mart/Store and since i was 16 at the time i just got myself a pre-paid titanium mastercard that you can just re-load(cost $2) and use it just like a mastercard its awesome!
The transaction is from TD canada trust (Bank in canada) to Bank of India or ICICI bank India.
Currently we use the service provided by TD Canada Trust and pay them huge amounts. Does any one know if sending money through online ICICI services etc is cheaper
I think ICICI Bank does not charge anything for a inward remittance
but your bank will charge for sending the money to ICICI Bank.Better
