Available balance is what you can spend, and usually is taking in account some of the bills not recorded yet. The balance is what you started the day with, and usually is higher amount than the available balance.
When i call the toll free number and enter my information, instead of telling me my balance it just tells me that the office is closed, and to call back during normal business hours. When i log in to the website & go to my summary page there are no accounts listed, as if i dont have an account with Regions. It gives me the option to open a new account. Is anyone else have this problem or have any information?
I was on my account earlier this afternoon when I was at work. It worked for me no problem. Maybe it depends on where you are at though. We might have different numbers to dial for balances, etc.
Which bank is better for business banking? Regions bank or Centerstate bank?

This sounds familiar. Again, figure out what works for you. If I told you one or the other, I would be doing you a disservice as I don't know the details of what you want to do at the bank.
I am starting a online adult dating site. All of the payment processors that I have found that will accept payments for this type of site are all offshore banks and processors. I have never used anything offshore. I don’t know what countries are safe to do banking and processing with and I keep seeing “you must be incorporated in the region” What does this mean and how do you go about doing it. Is it safe for a US small business to do offshore dealings? And no I am not trying to avoid USA taxes.

New forecasts from ABI Research indicate that in 2015 about 407 mn people worldwide will carry out financial transactions using their mobile phones. Of those, some 66 mn will be in North America.
Mark Beccue, senior analyst, ABI Research says, It's not the North American market that is moving fastest to mobile banking ; that crown goes to the Asia-Pacific region which accounted for the lion's share of the world's 52.2 mn mobile banking subscribers in 2009. The global number of subscribers more than doubled between 2008 and 2009, and is expected to almost double again in 2010. This growth can be seen everywhere, but Asia led by India is pushing it particularly hard.
Growth of this market in Europe and North America has been somewhat limited so far because-in contrast to banks elsewhere-the financial institutions in those areas offered mobile banking primarily to the existing users of their online banking services. Wide access to computers and easy access to physical bank branches lessened consumers' motivation to adopt the mobile banking model. However, Wells Fargo-a pioneer in electronic banking in the US-recently lifted that restriction, and also launched text based mobile banking which greatly expands the number of mobile devices that can access such services.
