When i call the toll free number and enter my information, instead of telling me my balance it just tells me that the office is closed, and to call back during normal business hours. When i log in to the website & go to my summary page there are no accounts listed, as if i dont have an account with Regions. It gives me the option to open a new account. Is anyone else have this problem or have any information?
I was on my account earlier this afternoon when I was at work. It worked for me no problem. Maybe it depends on where you are at though. We might have different numbers to dial for balances, etc.
Regions Bank saves you time and money with online bill pay.
Which bank is better for business banking? Regions bank or Centerstate bank?
Does either have free unlimited checking?
Which has the better online banking with the better bill payment service?
I run a S Corp...
I live in central florida.
This sounds familiar. Again, figure out what works for you. If I told you one or the other, I would be doing you a disservice as I don't know the details of what you want to do at the bank.
I'm signing up for online banking, but I was wondering how long I can access all of my financial records.
as long as you have the active account!!!!
Available balance is what you can spend, and usually is taking in account some of the bills not recorded yet. The balance is what you started the day with, and usually is higher amount than the available balance.
I just made a online banking with regions. Just recently opened up a checking account. I had $60 in it, and when i got done doing my online banking, it says i only have $58? Is there a first time fee for online banking? The bank said if i direct deposit, it'll be free.. Why am i short 2 bucks?
Idk - but I'll bet the Bank has a dozen good reasons.

The sculpture stacks large, slab serif letters “LO” on top of “VE,” with the O canted sideways. The letters are red on their faces and blue on their sides. Robert Indiana’s “LOVE” sculpture is installed in numerous locations around the world, but is probably best known as the centerpiece of Love Park in Philadelphia. Originally a design for a Christmas card in 1964, the “LOVE” sculpture was first exhibited in New York in 1966. This particular picture is of the New York installation (notice the BofA in the background).
