Personal Online Banking

Just curious i have been working at my job for the past month because i started a month ago. i wrote out all my bank account info to have my money get directly deposited. it says i am suppost to get paid on the 5th and 20th of every month yet today is the 6th of may and i have yet to receive my paycheck. anyone know whats wrong? or what i should do? thanks!

Banking on line with a PC is like so many things: you must TRUST that everyone (from your unit, all the way to the bank) has their security as tight as possible with contemporary methods.
This as you can imagine is a difficult task, and even experts have their doubts.
If you aren't absolutely certain you system is 'clean': I'd stay away from it.

I have online banking with them and what gets me the most is that they usually do maintenance on a sunday night (Less disruption which I do understand) BUT on Mondays there is ALWAYS have some type of delay or problem! AHHGG. I WISH they would stop tweaking their website!

I don't want bells and whistles and I just want a basic user friendly accessible website, I couldn't give a monkeys about anything else!

The card readers you use to log on have now been picked up by other banks (I have one now for my co-op bank) so can't complain on that one as it's inevitable really.

But I DO wish Barclays would make up their minds about what they are doing with their online banking.

I actually spoke to someone earlier today and he said more changes are coming so watch this space for more disruption!

I ran malwarebytes, avg, cc cleaner. it found nothing. I unintalled avg browser bar. i think that helped, but haven't been on that comp recently.

can i get some examples of online banks. imgetting the picture of two types. (1) long term types w/o everyday access to money (2) more personal online service low apy

I use bank of america's online banking, and i find it better than most others that i have seen. They even have a portfolio feature where you can keep track of other bank accounts with other banks (just balances), credit cards, loan accounts etc... regardless of the bank they are with. Investments are also included. Bank of america also has very cheap trades. Right now i am paying only 5 dollars per trade. I think you could probably get in for 10 dollars per trade.

I haven't used their regular customer service in a while, but i think they have pretty good customer service hours. Good luck, I didnt really understand your question, i hope this answers it.
