In a way, you are lucky. A Google search for ' President's Choice Financial scam ' has about 340,000 results - which leads me to believe that it is totally reliable and trustworthy - NOT ! ! !
----------------
They want you to contact them so that they can get as much of your personal information as they possibly can.
Try them out if you wish - it's your life, not mine. I don't care.
WARNING TO PC FINANCIAL USERS Someone should tell you. The bank online site is hiding the fact that the bank has lost your money! WARNING
Can I use my PC Financial Card for online uses?
My PC Financial Card only has the Interac Direct Payment Logo.
What else can I do with my PC Financial card?
Err...starlet, next time please answer my main question. Can I use a card that DOESN'T have the Visa or Mastercard logo to purchase online goods?
1st part: If the one-line merchant accepts it, why not ?
2nd part: Since you have applied for it, read all documentations again. Maybe different limits for different users.

I have a PC Financial Card (the silver one). Don't get it confused with the PC Financial Master Card. I'm here to ask some questions.
Can I use my PC Financial Card in stores?
With my PC Financial Card, I have a savings and a chequings account. So to use it in a store, I have to transfer from my savings to chequings in order to use it right? Then I just slide the card through and then what? Just enter my PIN?
Can I use my current card to buy things online? If so, whats the point of the PC Financial Mastercard?
Thanks for the perfect explanation J L, but I still need help.
How do I know if I need to enter my PIN or not?
And the bigger issue here is, My card DOESN'T have a visa or mastercard logo on the back of it. It only says 3 things
1) Property of CIBC
2) Interac Logo
3) Direct Payment Logo
Please help. Thanks.
Yes you can use your debit card from PC financial, they usually have a mastercard or Visa logo on them. If it does contain one of these logos you can use it at an ATM and also for purchases. However most ppl think they have to use it with there pin number at the stores in order for it to work and come out of there checking accounts however as long as it contains the mastercard or visa logo on it, it can be used exactly like a credit card with the exception being you have to have the money in your account to cover the purchase. Plus its safer to run it just like a credit card so you dont risk the chance of someone stealing your pin number as you stand on the grocery line or wherever. You can use your PC card with the logo to make any type of purchase online or in a store just like the credit card, but you just have to make sure that you have the money in there to cover the purchase. The difference between the Credit card and the PC Card is that ....one is money thats loaned to you backed by the bank, and your PC card is your money used with the backing of the c/c temporarily until the purchase is removed from your account. So basically,, use your debit PC card however you like but just make sure your money is in your account otherwise you can be charged overdraft fees and finance charges. Good luck hope i explained it well enough.

Here is a list of companies that have already relocated. Everyday the list grows. Who will pay for the underprivileged when all we are is peasants waiting for the bread line to open. And dont forget, its not just the income tax from the company that we loose but also all the jobs that were lost and those taxes as well. Maybe Mccain had a point after all.

Halliburton just decided to move to dubai and layed off 4000 workers in Houston.
I'm not really a specialist in this area at all, but I get the impression a lot of the issues that we are all experiencing now are because of fraud in the American investment scene.
If I was the president of a traded company and found that my company had been losing out on because money intended for legitimate investment in companies like my own had been stolen, hidden and not invested, I'd be wary as well. Certainly, I'd consider moving to a locale where there are controls in place to protect the business, it's investors and employees (even if they sadly have to be new ones). Commitment to the enterprise sometimes takes precedent over loyalty to a location.
I wouldn't be too quick to fault the businesses; they are most likely making sound decisions to protect their own enterprises. I would be quite quick to fault the rich who stole investors' money and rode their unearned yachts into the sunset.
I also think that we've only scratched the surface to the fraud. I think there's much more than we could ever had imagined and that the proverbial $hit will hit the fan regularly over the next while. Know a hedge-fund manager anyone?
On an aside, I believe it was men like McCain who allowed this ridiculous problem to begin and continue.

Karen McCarthy , owner of Merrick, N.Y. based Little & King LLC , a small promotions company, discovered on Monday, Feb. 15 that her firm’s bank account had been emptied the previous Friday.
