IS this mail from YAHOO or FROUD?

Scam!!!!! That message is both a fake and an outright fraud. Don't contact the phishers and give them any of your personal information at all. Spam that scam message straight into oblivion right away. This is one lottery you'll never win because it's "bogus."

Another thing, the phishers telling you to "keep this lottery information confidential" would indicate to you not to say anything about this to anybody until they have finished scamming you.

Do you think this could be a scam? because what the are asking me to pay them couple of thousand pounds in advance for tax before the winning prize could be transferred to my account!!! What guarantee would I have that the money would be transferred to my account after the money that I am required to pay before hand ? No this is definitely a scam. It has all of the signs of a scam. There is no British Global Online Lottery or any other form of lottery you can win without buying a ticket. There exists a certain form of immoral degenerate that trolls the internet searching for suckers who believe that they have gotten very lucky and won a lottery which they have never entered. They will probably entice you to send an advance fee to claim your non-existant winnings and if you do send this money, you can kiss it goodbye. The money will likely be en-route to Nigeria, a cesspool of fraud that has been the center of these types of fraud over the last few decades. The best thing to do is to delete such emails immediately and to never reply to them. In some cases, people who travel to claim their winnings are taken hostage, and in worse-case scenarios are killed when whoever is paying ransom payments exhausts their money supply. If anything online sounds to good to be true it always is buddy. But this is simply advance fee fraud (a prevalent type of fraud which continously asks for money to cover unforseen expenses) and is intended to drain your bank account, promising money that simply does not exist. Hopefully, this answers your question.

I usually get around 10 mails like this evryday... its spam..

Juz imagine.. if you haven't done anything why wud sumone make u or choose u as a winner.. ! At least u shud buy a ticket to have a chance of getting won rite??.. Its pakka fraud...
There is a way if you still wanna try...(better not to) ..Once u contact them thru mail , they'll ask u to pay sum amount thru DD or so and then come to US to receive the won amount. then try mailin them again that u can take the necessary amt fro the won amount adn then send the rest amt to you ... I'm sure they will disagree.. U can thus make sure its ek dum fraud thing goin on... sum have been even arrested by police for cases like this ..

Please ignore such mailz and stay safe..
