i am not old enough to have a credit or debit card at my bank (everybody has to be 18 to get one, no exceptions, which is probably why my parents put me in it). although, i can withdrall my money and buy the computer parts i need at a store in cash. i cant find any online so your help would be appreciated (i have a car, so just about anywhere in OC would work. i live in Orange btw). thanks in advance
they dont have to be big stores, they can be smaller, unknown stores too. i already know about frys and will check them out this weekend

I live in Orange County and last night someone in Vegas was using my ATM card. They even have my pin number. I have the card in my wallet and have never lost it. Does anyone know how they got this information? I never use my card online, the bank didnt send out a new card to anyone. I will be reemberssed, but I would like to know what scams are out there to get this information from me. I sure it wasnt through the internet. Remember, they got my pin number and had a debit card with all of my information.

The person passed away in Orange County, California. Can I go online and do this? Or must this be done through the Hall of Records in Orange County. Is it possible to go through the Hall of Records in Los Angeles County? The Death Certificate is for financial reasons. I shared a deed to a timeshare (and a bank account) with this person and if I ever sell it, I believe I need to provide this proof.

I'm tired of searching for a bank in the Orange County area that will allow me to open an account for $20, has Free checking, Free ATM machine use, Free online bill paying, and no monthly or annual fees. I do not want to bank with BofA, WaMu, or Wells Fargo. It seems that every time I find all the supposed free stuff, I have to set up the account with $100 or more or I have to maintain a certain amount in the account in order to receive the free services. Does anyone out there know of a good bank in OC, CA? Thank you for your answers.

One shot would be U.S. Bank... but you have to be lucky enough to come in on one of their promotions.
I was in vegas for the weekend when i got home today i checked my online account and found that out $400 was withdrawn from my wells fargo account at an atm. I called the bank and told them that i never used my card in orange county i was in Vegas the whole time.I even had the card on me the whole time. they said they will give me provisional credit and investigate the situation. how good are they about reimbursing my money that was stolen? its such an unpleasing feeling. i mean 400 is alot?
Exact thing happened to me and WF came thru great. They investigated and got film from store showing my info being used in Valencia while I was in Las Vegas. Kinda hard to be both places - also, lots of cameras in Vegas to prove I was there - no? Give them a few days and follow up with a phone call.

A small glassware importer is suing Bank of America for processing a fraudulent $50,000 wire transfer to Croatia and then refusing to refund the money to the company’s account.
Bank of America spokeswoman Shirley Norton denies any wrong doing by the bank.
Fan Bao and his wife Cathy Huang own Zico USA Inc . in the City of Industry, which imports colored glassware from China and Hong Kong.
The company has been a Bank of America customer since 2003 and frequently went into a bank branch to send wire transfers, according to a lawsuit filed Feb. 4 in Los Angeles Superior Court.
