How does the receivng part of paypal work with a debit card?

For example since i activated my debit card on paypal

And i sold something on ebay

Where does that money go?

My debit card is with visa on a First internet bank of indiana online account which shows how much money is on the debit card

So would the money go to the debit card and appear on the online accout of First IB?

When you sign up with paypal, there is a link that will ask you to link your to your bank account.
You will have to enter your bank acount information. and the e-mail address you use, will be used as your paypal id. So when someone makes a payment, it will goto your paypal account. To withdraw the money into your bank account threre is a link that says withdraw funds, you follow the prompts and the money will be depositied into your bank account. If your account is in the U.S it usually takes 3 days to receive but if it's an international account it usually takes about 5 business days.

What are the Indiana State guidelines qualifying someone as "collection proof"?

I'm considering opening a checking account with my financial aid money from school. However, I have a few thousand dollar judgement against me, and I don't want them coming after the money in my new checking account. Even though I will be depositing a few thousand in the new bank account, I need it to live on for the next 5 months. I'm really not trying to evade the judgement, or hide my assets, just go to school. I do plan on paying the judgement eventually.

My only other assets are a used vehicle which kelly blue book lists at $4500 for private sale value.

I'm trying to find the exact guidelines which will ensure my checking account is collection proof, but I've had no luck locating such information online.

Any Indiana law gurus out there that could help me out would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for reading!
* Additional Detail *

I know that there are dollar limit amounts of like $4000 or $6000 that are untouchable no matter what. I found some websites listing explicit law for certain states, but not for Indiana. I'm looking for EXACT LAW INFORMATION for INDIANA ONLY.

Thanks again

If you open a bank account, they can take it. Social Security or disability payments are about the only judgment proof income.

They might not find your checking account if it isn't interest bearing. But any bank account that pays interest will definitely be attached.

how can i purchase something online with money order in the netherlands?

Hi i want to buy a fedora from the indiana jones shop online buy since i have no creditcard i can only use money order.
Now i went to the bank , the post office etc and all of them say they only use money order to send it to individual persons/people
and not companies.
I really want to buy the hat , however i have no idea how i can purchase it since none of them will send it to companies.
Does anyone have an idea of how i could buy it anyway?
Thanks in advance
Cash

Their answer sounds odd to me, but then again I don't live there. It looks like you need to look on eBay.com. Some people will ship to you, and take a money order. You may even have to contact one of the sellers that ships to other countries, and ask them if they will ship to you, just give your address and zip code. If you can't find a seller that will ship to you, find the want ads and post the hat you want, and keep looking. Wish you luck!!!

Which online cigarette retailers are reputable?

I cannot find Lucky Stike or Chesterfield cigarettes in my area (Southwestern Indiana). I did find some online retailers, but I am reluctant to buy from a random website. Do you know of any retailers who are reputable? As in, no issues with giving them your banking/credit card info, prompt shipment, etc? Or better yet, any actual retailers in the Tri-State area who sell these brands?

And, yes, I know smoking is bad for my health, those around me, etc. I'm just wondering where I can buy these.

here is one reliable, one of my favorites, just follow the link
http://www.4cigarettes.net
(choose US cigarettes), they ship to all 50 states in 7-9 business days.I am in Florida and never had any complaints or was dissatisfied with their services or quality of products

What do you think about online money transfers to Philippines like www.remithome.com?

I live in Indiana and sending money via Western Union or my bank is expensive. I found this alternative.

i have heard remithome.com is reliable although i haven't used this personally. I've used xoom and have not encountered any problems with it.
please be warned that remithome is different from remit2home. don't confuse the two. i've used remit2home and it was a nightmare. check out wow n' sh*t for reviews and complaints and you'll see that you're safe with xoom but not with remit2home. can't speak for remithome though.
