Online Banking Huntington

I am looking at opening an online savings account. Huntington online bank has pretty competetive rates but I was just wondering if anyone else has an opinion about there services?

I have a savings account with ING direct. I was going to go with another, but I have heard nothing but positive feedback about ingdirect.com. I would check them out. They pay 4.5% APY on their savings. That may or may not be as high as you can get at Huntington but it is still a LOT better than you can get at most traditional banks.

im at school in kent ohio, and im from new jersey. we dont have a huntington bank there so my dad puts money in online from his accounts. He put the money in on tuesday and I still dont have it. It takes 3 days for me to get a letter in the mail! HOW COME IT TAKES THIS LONG TO TRANSFER MONEY ONLINE!!

because banker people are stupid. maan I hate banks

i have a visa check card with my checking account at huntington bank...can i use this to buy things from online?

Some on-line vendors will accept them, some won't. You just have to try and see if it works.

Keep in mind that the protections that apply to credit card sales do NOT apply to debit card transactions! The bank is under no obligation to charge back purchases when there is a dispute with a seller if you use a debit card. Many will do this, but they are generally under no legal obligation to do so.

I just accepted an offer for a job at Huntington Bank. Someone later on today say that they were having severe financial problems. I havent ever heard that and I think the guy was just being a d... never mind! But I was looking for something online and couldnt find anything. Does anyone know anything about them being in trouble?

The financial troubles, if any are not going to affect individual employees,Given the market trend, even if the so called financial problem is true, they will overcome it !!
