Online Banking At National City Bank

I closed my account at National City but I'm still getting emails from my online banking account and I would like to close that as well. But i can't figure out how to do it. Help please!

All of the banks that I've had accounts with have a special customer service just for their Website. You could contact the main bank or look on line and get this number. They can hel you.

I want to start a new checking account at National City. I don't have the money right now to put in the account that i wish to start..How long does the online account give you to put money in there?

I personally am unaware that you can open a checking account online. Usually it's done in person so that the bank has a 'signature card' signed by you on file.

I have a mortgage with national city bank since February of 2006. I have always paid my mortgage at the branch with cash. Now National City bank has been taken over by PNC bank and switched all of there branches. I recently went into the bank to make my last months payment and they told me they would no longer take payments at the branch any longer due to new policies. I'm a little discouraged cause I do not have a checking account nor do I want one. I feel it's safer to keep my money in a safe. I called the new PNC and was told that the only options I have are doing it online through EFT or mailing a check in. I feel the bank should be obligated to let me pay my mortgage at there bank. Am I wrong at this? Also I do believe there is wording in my mortgage about payment options and paying at a branch is listed.

if you don't like eft or checks, do a money order and mail it in...wierdo

When you don't have a name to address someone with in the cover letter is it Okay to say
......TO WHOM THIS MAY CONCERN.....?

I would address it to the manager of human resources.

I deposited a check into the ATM machine at my National City bank after hours. Every time in the past when I made my deposits via ATM they showed up as pending on my online statement immediately, but this deposit isn't there and it was over a day ago that I made it and I don't know what to do about it because it isn't showing that I even deposited it at all.
I don't get receipts at ATM Terminals.

It doesn't usually become available for 2-3 days but it always shows up as pending on my online statement until it is processed, but it isn't even on there this time.
I figured it out now. It was recorded, but for some reason isn't listed. I just made a withdrawal today and it shows my current balance and available balance, and the difference between the two numbers equals what my paycheck was so I guess National City is having problems with the online system now.

with my own bank, deposits made through ATM typically show in 2-3 days , though if i pay cash in the money will be available within 24 hours- did you get a receipt? i would call your bank today to check it was received ok.
