What are the Banking online advantages over regular banking. Why would it be attractive to people?

What conveniences are offered? Is it safe, or will other people get access to your accounts? How does the bank guarantee that your financial and personal information is secure? What are the different services offered, and the requirements needed to obtain the privilege of on-line banking over the Internet? Also, please explain which feature you personally find the best. Is there a bank you would prefer over others? Why?
Please help me out i have a project to do

You can move money between internal and external accounts and pay bills anytime of the day or night, and set up regular monthly billpays or savings, sitting at home on your fat butt, without having to drive to some certain bank branch during the work day.

And savings often get better interest rates.

And you can often get a free online account with a bank that otherwise charges a monthly fee for a checking account.

I am new to on line banking. I opened an online checking account with BA.?

have accrued numerous $35 overdraft fees.?How can I get these expunged? Is their anyone out their from BA that can help me?

You need to call the bank and tell them your story and see if they will help you out with your fees. Generally if it is the first time it has happened they will at least take care of half of the fees.

How do I reach Chase Bank to set up my Online Banking account.?

I have a new computer and cannot transfer data from my previous one. I have always done on-line banking with Bank One/Chase Bank. I need to set up my old information into the new computer.

IT not saved on your hard drive. The bank's server stores all your information. You should be able to log on to the banks online banking website and then be able to get into your banking account.

Has anyone received a phone call from a market research company gathering information about on-line banking?

She (the caller from the marketing company) said that I would receive $200 for the 20min phone interview, then if selected $100 for a second phone interview or $200 if selected for an in-home interview---this was a 1-in-6 chance. She said that their "client" who would be reveiled during the surveys would not be trying to sell me anything, but to try out their online banking tools and then comment on them.

What I thought was strange was she didn't identify what market research company she was with, how she got my number, and what company/client they were gathering information for. [she did say that it would be "reveiled" during the interviews]

I decided to pass on this, but is this legit? She call me from (503) 281-5015.

This does not sound legit to Me. A good rule of thumb is, NEVER give out ANY financial info, such as Your bank acct, # , or social security # over the phone.

Online Banking funded by credit card?

I would like to start an online banking account. As nears as I could tell most of them require that you first have a regular account through which to fund the online one. Does anyone know of any on-line banking system/company that allows you to fund your account with a credit card, or even cash/money order through mail?

Every bank is a little different. Who are you considering opening the account with. Revise with that info or email me

  • Reasons to Consider Online Banking | JOES CORNER IN NILES

Online banking is easier than to send out the check and pay the bill by mail. Individuals have yet to visit a bank machine or branch offices are the actual cash in hand. By the way, every part of the bank can be done online. If the questions have been addressed to a living person, that option is available on-line and telephone numbers, and often there is a live chat representative to speak to you immediately.

To pay all your bills online in two ways. Either the credit card company to withdraw funds from a bank account, if I may, if you enter some information and set everything in motion. The system will guide you step by step. Or directly to your bank to pay the bills. Don’s okay. These methods are as safe for your identity, because the other methods, but so much easier. Mistakes are few and far between. If they occur, they are quickly corrected. You still have a lot of evidence to trade online.
