i want to know how to login to inroll online philippine national bank atm remittance, a net pnb banking.

you need to go to your branch to enroll your online account. when you have an online account then you can transact.

I bank with BPI and it is easy to do online transactions with them.

I stay in South Carolina. A bank in California is offering 4.5% Checking Accounts. Would you recommend doing this?

Be a little careful with banks offering those high rates.
There are many, many tricks involved and people fall for them.
I had a list of banks offering rates like that I considered.
They are all UNDER today.

There are so many fees - There could even be a fee for closing the account if you don't go in person, and another for writing you a check.

Not even 30 year cd's are offering 4.5%. NOWHERE (except for callable).
Why would you think a regular bank will give you this?

you need to set up internet banking with your branch they will then send you log in details thats the only way you will be able to use the internet banking service from them

Yes. Go to First National Bank's web site. Look in their FAQ. Every bank's web site that I have ever visited has their routing number as one of the top FAQs.
