I need help anyone willing to help me?

Hello im having a lot of trouble with these problems Can anyone please assist me step by step on how to solve them? I would appreciate it Greatly:)

1. Five times the difference between a number and ywo is greater than the quotient of two times the number and three. Find the smallest integer that will satisfy the inequality.

2. In 2003, the computer service America Online offered its customers a rate of $23.90 per month for unlimited use or $4.95 per month with 3 free hours plus $2.50 for each hour thereafter. Express as an integer the maximum number of hours you can use this service per month if the second plan is to cost you less than the first.

3. The temperature range for a week was between 14 degrees F and 77 degrees F. Find the temperature range in Celsius degrees. F= 9/5 C + 32.

4. Heritage National Bank offers two different checking accounts. The first charges $3 per month and $ .50 per check after the first 10 checks. The second account charges $8 per month with unlimited check writing. How many checks can be written per month if the first account is to be less expensive than the second account?

5. Find four consecutive integers whose sum is between 62 and 78.

1. 5(x - 2) > 2x/3;
15(x -2) > 2x;
15x - 30 > 2x;
13x > 30;
x > 2.3.
The smallest integer where x > 2.3 is true would be 3.

2. $23.90 > $4.95 + $2.50x;
$18.95 > $2.50x;
7.58 > x.
The largest integer where 7.58 > x is true would be 7 hours.

3. 14 °F = -10 °C;
77 °F = 25 °C.

4. $3 + $0.5x < $8;
$0.5x < $5;
x < 10.
The largest integer where x < 10 is true would be 9 checks.

5. The sum of four consecutive integers, starting with the smallest defined as x, would be
x + (x+1) + (x+2) + (x+3),
or, removing parentheses and combining terms,
4x + 6.
The inequality is then
62 < 4x + 6 < 78, or
62 < 4x + 6 and 4x + 6 < 78.
Doing the first inequality,
62 < 4x + 6;
56 < 4x
14 < x.
The largest integer where 14 < x is true would be 15, so the consecutive integers are:
15 + 16 + 17 + 18 = 66.
Doing the second inequality,
4x + 6 < 78;
4x < 72;
x < 18.
The largest integer where x < 18 is true would be 17, so the consecutive integers are:
17 + 18 + 19 + 20 = 74.
But 16 is also within this range, so:
16 + 17 + 18 + 19 = 70.
So there are three sets of integers that satisfy the two inequalites.

Should congress allow bills to be posted online at least 72 hours before voting on them?

"The American people are now suspicious of not only the lawmakers, but the process they hide behind to do their work," said Michael Franc, president of government relations for the Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank.

At town hall meetings across the country this past summer, the main topic was health care, but there was a strong undercurrent of anger over the way Congress rushed through passage of the stimulus, global warming and bank bailout bills without seeming to understand the consequences. The stimulus bill, for example, was 1,100 pages long and made available to Congress and the public just 13 hours before lawmakers voted on it. The bill has failed to provide the promised help to the job market, and there was outrage when it was discovered that the legislation included an amendment allowing American International Group, a bailout recipient, to give out millions in employee bonuses.

"If someone had a chance to look at the bill, they would have found that out," said Lisa Rosenberg, who lobbies Congress on behalf of the Sunlight Foundation to bring more transparency to government.

West Bank strike over Israeli tomb heritage claim (BBC News ...

A strike has been called by the Palestinian Authority in Bethlehem in protest at Israel's move to claim two West Bank shrines as heritage sites. Businesses, schools and universities remained closed as people observed the first day of the three-day walk-out. Local TV stations broadcast the PA's call following Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu's addition of the shrines to Israel's heritage list at the weekend. The PA also called for a rally to be held on Friday in Bethlehem.
