I just opened a PayPal account not to long ago and before I get payed what's in there it requires that I have a bank account to add. Any suggestions for online banks that I can use with no deposit to 1 dollar deposit that doesn't require a ID to apply?

Not sure how you would do it online unless your bank allows you to have a foreign currency bank account. If so, then yes you can, but the bank does not offer a favorable exchange rate - usually 5% higher than the published exchange rate.
If you want to get into forex (foreign exchange) as an investment tool, do some research first. Like most investing, it is not without risk, so you need to learn as much as possible to minimize your losses if you are going to do it by yourself.
I would like to get a savings account with the highest interest rates going right now. But I also want to do business with a well-known and popular bank, especially online banks. I only have a couple hundred dollars to open up an account with. Any suggestions?
Try HSBC direct and Wamu, both have online savings accounts over 3%. I believe that ING has a good online savings as well
