On the credit card's web site, register for online account access. After you have access, there will be a place to register your bank accounts. After you do that, you can schedule transfers to pay the card. I do it all the time.

I use ebay alot and use my parents account however i mainly use it and want my own account with my own paypal account. Is this possible for me to get myself a credit card that has internet banking or am i too young. It becomes difficult because if i sell something and it goes through into my parents bank i have to always ask them for it. It is really difficult.

Actually... Your parents can get you your own card with your own name under their Discover card account.
American Express will do the same and the minimum age is 15.
