Consumer Facilities Online Banking

Hi every one,
Thanks for your help and suggestions.

Here i would like to describe my helpless situation.
I had some urgent and critical financial need so took a Personal Loan urgently to fulfill my need and got it deposited in my account.
when it came to transferring Money to my parents account, i found my user name/password was not active any more.
SO in the evening i went to ATM and thought of withdrawing money and transfer through Core-banking(Directly depositing Money into my Father's account), but to my surprise, my ATM card did not work. since i did not have check books, so i had no option left.
so i called customer care, and to my disbelief, they said, my account is closed, My saving is zero since they had made a draft for my remaining amount and sent it to my Mailing address.
i escalated the issue to Relationship manager and he said due to OPERATIONAL ERROR, My account got closed.
and after 2 days of escalation, they activated my account. but they said, i cant use my ATM since they are closed now.
only options i have are
---------To wait for my ATM card.
---------I cant use online facility as well, as they are sending new Internet banking user name/password

Meanwhile, all the post dated cheque i had given to others(since i have takes couple of loans) got bounced.

so for the last 5 days, i do not have access to my OWN hard earned money in such a critical situation. i am salaried person.
my credibility has gone down so if my morale.
i am still waiting for my ATM and user name/password.
i have never felt so helpless in my life.

Please help.
can i ask for compensation now?can i sue citi?
should i approach consumer court?

They should be able to reimburse you. If you had checks that were scheduled to come out around the time this happened and they already admitted it was an error, they need to reimburse you.

are really shorting consumer service companies like travel company Ctrip.com, ambulance and facility-based physician services Emergency Medical ...

I am an ordinary working class mum of soon to be 5 kids. I have been working on the idea of a book for recipes for families who dont cook much or wish to change their childrens eating habits.
We are not an over zealous family with regards to our kids diets, and are always on a budget but do cook almost everything from scratch, and are on the ball ensuring our kids have a balanced diet, getting their 5 a day etc. It has come to light in the past year or so just how few people cook anymore, and I would like to do a website with a monthly e zine(for about 2 pounds per issue) with a meal a day for the month for all the family that wont break the bank. I would also offer to those who purchase a monthly copy the option of researching their local supermarket (if it has an online facility) and ´virtually´ buying their shopping on their budget while still managing to ensure good nutritition for the family, kind of a personal meal plan.

I thought this would be a cheaper option to the consumer than purchasing a book.

I would just like a little feedback to see what people think.
Do you think this would be a useful idea?
I agree that people can use the net for searches but this would be more of a support site for people just starting out....many people dont know where to start.
I am amazed at some tv I have seen where people have absolutley no knowledge....and fabulously clean appliances because they never get used!
and many sites are flawed, and the recipes can be hard to follow if you have no knowledge at all.

It would be to me. I am A Foodie of the worst kind. (overweight)
