Anyone know what Canadian website to visit to find that new pre-paid type credit card usable thru ATMs?

I bank in the GTA [Greater Toronto Area], just outside of Toronto, Ontario. I have heard it is called a "rush card"? I am currently studying a reputable online course and wish to be able to utilize it more efficiently by having a credit card; I know myself well enough to realize I would be too generous in nature to have a standard credit card, and so I would like to be able to build pre-paid credit. Nevermind bothering to figure out loopholes in the contract's legal terms for me; I am good with understand the fine print to avoid contract illegalities. :) I bank with a very reputable one, CIBC [Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce], and so I would appreciate being able to utilize the card thru a CIBC ATM.
