Banking Bofa Online

Two Questions:
1. Can I completely bank online. I want to get a CampusEdge checking account from BofA but no branches near me. Can I send my checks to them through the male and never have to really go to an actuall branch?

2. Do you have a CampusEdge checking account to you like it? BofA have good customer service?

I find it easier to call Bank Of America at 1.800.215.6195 and ask for an explanation rather than ask anyone in this category for an explanation. Perhaps the amount was mistakenly credited to your account.

I send a rent payment to my landlord through Bank of America online bill payment. They take the funds out of my account when the payment has been sent, before my landlord has cashed the check. What happens if my landlord does not cash the check? After a period of time will my account be credited?

First, I would contact your landlord to verify that they have received your check. If not, put a stop payment on it right away and remit payment to your landlord before the eviction proceeding starts.

It was a deposit directly from Bank of America, which is headquartered in Charlotte NC. BofA has several bonuses you could have been receiving. For example, Keep the Change bonus goes into your account at the one year anniversary of you starting it. Or Refer-a-friend bonus goes in after the friend has the account open for 90 days. Several other accounts have bonuses paid to you after they have been open for six months. If the payment was $25 I'd say it was refer-a-friend, if it was paid into your savings account I'd say it was Keep the Change. But there are more promotions that take 3-6 months to apply to your account, maybe you just forgot about it. At least it was a payment to you!
