Does anyone know how to pay my credit card bill online with the bill pay option on the Bank of America Website.Do I transfer funds to the credit card account? Or is there something else I have to do?
Their bill pay online option allows you to put in your back's checking account and routing number so that you can transfer funds to pay off your credit card. If you need assistance setting this up, you can call the customer service number on the back of your credit card, and an advisor will assist you.
Bank of America is put under the microscope for possible unethical business practices.
I have a checking account established online on bank of america and I just recently got a credit card also from bank of america. I'm trying to pay the bill that i racked up using my checking account, so that I don't have to waste stamp money. How do i do this? please assist
If you have a Bank of America checking account then just click on TRANSFER FUNDS (one of the tabs on the top part) and transfer the money from the checking to the credit card. It will count as a payment. However, be aware that it will only be credited on that same day if you do it earlier in the day (keep in mind BofA follows eastern time) and if its a working day only. Payments made on holidays on non-business days will be credited on the next business day.
Other payment options:
*Pay by phone is free if money is coming from BofA checking account and done thru the automated system(888.339.6262), other banks will be $15. You cannot pay with a debit card. Also you must have your bank's routing number and checking account number handy.
*You can go inside a BofA banking center and pay the teller
*You can pay in one of the newer ATMs
*Good old-fashioned, but not always reliable, snail mail

I go to my bank of america website, but there are two options they have this confusing kinda Bill pay option where you can enter all the information and they'll mail it to them.. strange i thought..., or a transfer fund option, where i can move money between accounts. Still, i'd feel more comfortable knowing someone out there is paying there credit card like this. Anybody doing this? or know how?
Set it up for Ebills in Bill Pay. That way the bill automatically shows up every month. You can either tell it to pay the min every month or prompt you to enter an amount. That way you know you get a bill every month and record that you paid it. I'm not sure I'd trust the transfer.
BTW they don't mail it - it happens electronically.

I do not have actual bank accounts with Bank of America, but I have a Visa credit card from them. How can I pay my credit card bill online? Everywhere I look asks me to sign in like I have banks accounts with them, which I don't. Thank you!!!
Go to www.myeasypayment.com
Write it in full, if you only type myeasypayment.com, it won't be retrieved.
Take care
Someone please provide me a step by step process on how to do this! It's really confusing I'm not sure if I just goto "transfer" and transfer money from my checking into my credit card account? And then that just pays the balance of my credit card? Or do the online bill payer?? And I am so confused how I set that up.. Thanks in advance :)
