Bank Of America Online Bank

I signed in the online banking site for bank of america as usual, since I opened my account with them and just now I saw that neither my checking account or my billpay section is available, WHY?

you have to go to the bank and sign up to make it show up online. i had the same problem but with my saving account. when i checked online it only showed my checking account. so i had to go to the bank and they fixed it so it showed both

I've started using bank of america online but I opened up a new checking and a credit card. How do I add these accounts to my online banking? I've tried for weeks can anyone help?

That's not something that you can do on your own. If you call in and speak with the Online Banking Department they can add those account to your Overview for you.

In other words, are there hidden fees that I am NOT seeing on my list of transactions when I'm looking at my checking account activity? For instance, if they charged me $2.00 for every online check I wrote and got sent to an address using online banking, am I being charged under the table?

I have 2 cards, 1 debit and 1 credit card from bank of america. I have an account on bank of america online. I used my credit card last month so now i have a credit balance. I want to pay it through online, is it a good idea? I mean is this safe?

It's safe provided your bank offers a secure site for making your payment (most do). Here are a few tips to keep your information secure. Make sure you sign in and log out when you're done. Don't let your browser save any of your bank information, such as log in or password, clear your browser's saved data forms/ cache immediately after logging out and close your browser, then reopen it if you want to go back online. Also make sure you don't bookmark your bank's website or login page in your browser and protect any documents on your computer that have your bank account information or passwords in them with a file encryption like File Vault or else delete them or move them off of your hard drive.

You need the ID code. Basically, click on the help links on the site. It will walk you through the steps and tell you were to find the information that you need.
