That depends on what you want the Internet bank to do. For checking, I would recommend E-trade bank. They offers a great checking accounting which you can actually earn some interest on the money in the account. For saving, I would recommend ING Direct. Ok, I do know that they do transfers to just about anyone. I can transfer on line money to my sister as long as I have the acount number and her back. Maybe they do not allow this for foriegn banks. I would call them up. The number is listed on their web page, billing, phonebook. Ask them how you can do it. Maybe it can be done right on the phone.
