The money is to be transfered to a foreign Bank Account. BoA's Internet Banking does not provide this feature.
Ok, I do know that they do transfers to just about anyone. I can transfer on line money to my sister as long as I have the acount number and her back. Maybe they do not allow this for foriegn banks. I would call them up. The number is listed on their web page, billing, phonebook. Ask them how you can do it. Maybe it can be done right on the phone.

Does that sound like correspondence you would receive from Bank of America? No way.
That depends on what you want the Internet bank to do. For checking, I would recommend E-trade bank. They offers a great checking accounting which you can actually earn some interest on the money in the account. For saving, I would recommend ING Direct. They simply has the best rate without minimum balance.

If you were being charged for making on line payments, the charge would appear on your monthly statements. Banks offer on line payment services for free, so if B of A charged, they would lose their customers. Banking is a competitive business.

Usually when you open your account, automatic bill pay/online bill pay can be set up. Usually they do not charge as number one said because, nowadays, that is a benefit that banks offer as a part of their package and they would not charge if they knew other banks are not charging. However, you can contact your banker or the person who opened your account and they can tell you if you’re being charged or not.
