Can we use net banking for Axis Bank to transfer to other bank account at midnight ?
Sure you can, but the credit into the new bank wont be immediate...It takes 2-3 days to process an ACH transfer...
A really Funny Ad
For payment of any credit card dues through net banking, you must possess net banking IDs and password of both banks, which should be collected from the both of banks. Further, I would like add that using a credit card means using the purchasing power of the money and our income in advance (the money which is not earned by us) which is an imported idea and mostly from USA. That economy of USA could barely save itself from becoming bankrupt. They are quite richer than developing countries. The purchasing power of rupee is very low due to these bloody dollars only. Please throw the credit cards into dustbin after tearing it into pieces, close the account once for all, and manage with the monthly income instead of using credit cards.

Never click on a link from an email like this. They will steal your password and then redirect you to the bank site and you won't even notice it happened.
i want to know whether i can pay to my institute in UK (ACCA) through my AXIS bank ATM cum DEBIT CARD, which is issued by VISA
You should be able to transfer funds from one bank to another. I use ACH transfers between different banks all the time. You need to check with your bank to see what you need to do. In the U.S., domestic transfers occur over night.
