I have a paypal account, and I am closing my bank account due to the fact that i'm studying abroad for the next semester. If a customer does a chargeback, will paypal try to take the funds out of my closed bank account? what would happen? and could an online merchant obtain your name/address associated with your bank account?
The bank I worked for would pay the on-line merchant even if your account was closed, as long as it wasn't closed too long. It would put your account in the negative and charge mega-bucks in fees. We could never figure out how long the account needed to be closed in order for that not to happen. The bank cannot give out your address.

There could be two charges. The ATM may charge a fee, that should be posted on the ATM itself. You bank may also charge a fee, that should be stated in the account agreement. It may also be on the bank's web site or you could call the bank and ask. Yes, you could be charged both fees for each foreign transaction.

We used the Magical Mystery Tour when we were in London. We watched a brochure advertising a walk that shows visitors a lot of places importance for a career of the Beatles.
At ten o’clock in the morning, we met our guide, Richard, and about two dozen other Beatles fans far from the studio where the first film “The Beatles” Yellow Submarine was made. Richard has written a book about the Beatles and was the connecting photo he took of the famous quartet. He was a walking encyclopedia of trivia Beatles. He told us, Yellow Submarine is one of the favorite films of Queen Elizabeth.
