I called their toll free number but they can't explain it clearly.
What banks these accept payments?
To pay for your purchase using a Bank Transfer:
* Place your order online or with an Apple Representative by phone on 1800-1651-0525 and select Bank Transfer as the payment method.
* Obtain the final total of your order and your "Payment Reference Number".
* Have your bank electronically transfer the total amount of your order using the routing information and your unique "Payment Reference Number".
* Please ensure to quote the Payment Reference Number on your payment as failure to do so may delay the processing or your order.
* The bank transfer lead time is 5 to 12 business days, depending upon the banks' processing lead time and type of bank transfer used (ATM, Direct deposit, Internet Banking).
* Please note that the lead time for bank transfer is not included in the shipping and delivery lead times.
* Apple will start processing your order only after confirming the payment is received.
* Once your bank transfer payment is successfully processed we will send you an order confirmation email with the current shipping and delivery dates.

there is nothing in the bank statement i scanned, only the credit card account number, holder name and address(i said it is nothing as i already filled in those information by the time i ordered). Apple called me as i was told(we were told that apple store would call customer under certain conditions which do include when they need further information for credit card order). Apple online store is quite well known that it could be impossibly to be a spam? I scanned a copy of bank statement and email it to idproof@asia.apple.com yesterday.I started to feel worry after i came across some news about the spam email. So to all ther mac users who ordered online. Is there any problem with this? Or i just been worry for nothing?
Nothing to be worried about if apple called you. Most companies require a statement for sales of a high amount of money in order to ensure the buyer is the real card owner.
I had to do it ordering a game from gamestop.com in the states as I live in Ireland.

I'm going to buy a 17" inch macbook pro online from apple.com and was wondering how do i pay for it. do they accept debit cards or my bank account information because i dont have a credit card?
See if Apple takes PayPal. I'm pretty sure they do. Then you only enter your personal information at PayPal so that you don't have to give it out to every seller such as Apple, eBay, HPdirect, etc.

Earlier today I made a purchase on the Apple store with my debit card. When I made the purchase I received a confirmation email confirming everything worked out fine. But I just logged onto the Apple store account to see the status and it says that they were unable to obtain an authorization for the debit card I provided. Therefore I logged onto my online banking and it says that I have check card authorizations pending. Can anyone explain to me what the hell is going on? The total purchase on the Apple store came up to $2,060.00 and the check card authorizations pending equal $1,010.00. Please help!
Can you cancel it at your bank or on the online apple store? Or see if their is a number on the apple store website (like a helpline or something) and call it. Or you could cancel you debit card real quick if you think it may be a scam.
on TLC, that episode WAS on wednesday night.

Apple Inc (NASDAQ: AAPL) to Shutdown Online Music Service ...
Apple Inc (NASDASQ: AAPL) announced that it would be shutting down an online music service that it purchased at the end of May, leading many analysts to believe that the technology company may soon launch an browser-based version of its iTunes music store.
Apple purchase online music service Lala at the end of December for an undisclosed price. The service allows users to stream any track once from its 8 million-song catalogue. The service also sold unlimited streams for $0.10 for each track and MP3 downloads for as low as $0.79 per track
A note on lala’s homepage says that the service will no longer be accepting new users and will be closing on May 31st. Customers that have previously paid to stream music will be refunded with a credit toward purchases on the iTunes music store.
