I need to know in English what the heckwhat does insufficient credit trade line mean. I got a mortgage pre aprovel and now they said they cant help us because of insufficient credit trade line

Your credit report does not show enough history to generate a FICO score. Look for a lender that still does "Manual Underwriting". That is the "old fashion" method of approving loans by actually looking at the applicants finances and making a decision. Your current lender is just looking at your non-existent FICO score.

Original creditor is 6 years old. Collection agency that it was sold to is 4 years old. This was paid off to the collection agency and shows date of last activity to be 4 years ago. Do I have 1 year to wait or 3 years because of the collection? Do they use the original creditor???

Per the Fair Credit Reporting Act derogatory accounts show for 7-years from the date of first delinquency which works out to 7-years and 180-days nothing but nothing resets this time line and yes it goes by the original creditor.

If for some reason the collection doe's not drop off when the original doe's all you have to do is dispute it with the credit bureaus and it will be removed.

No you can not.

Neither can your landlord because rent is not a loan, just like cell phones, utilities and gym memberships. The only time any of these get reported to the credit bureaus is if you do not pay them and they are turned over to collections.

Dream on no such animal. They do nothing you can not do and it takes time to rebuild your credit after you get it all straightened out.

Im trying to build a large business credit line without personal gurantee on a Tax Id on a nevada corpation i set up. Whats the fastest way to establish large credit line using D&B, Expierian Business and Business Client check to get the lines i need to do business without gurantee (Personal). Without buying trade lines. Please tell me the fastest way and most economical.

Work with a local bank to have them start you out on small loans based on business volume. You can also get them to extend credit based on your receivables. That's the fastest way to grow.

If you don't have any revenue, there's no way to get a credit line without a personal guarantee.
