Personal Loan Online, I am trying to figure out if this company is legitimate? need some other opinions???!!?

I do not have great credit and I am looking online for a personal loan, I have been emailed by tons of scammers asking me for up-front fees of $250 etc. to get the loan from them. I have tried everywhere and I have decided that I cannot obtain an UNSECURED personal loan. I applied on one website that looked legit, and I was called the next day by a company called century financial incorporated. Their website is www.century-financialinc.com. they have offered me a SECURE personal loan at a rate of 8.75 % from a 3rd party lender. Since I do not have the credit rating to get an UNSECURED personal loan (which means I recieve money with no collateral or co-signer). This company has outlined to me 3 different options to SECURE my personal loan. 1. co-signer. must have a cosigner with perfect credit. I said no thanks. 2. monetary collateral....which they have outlined the payments of $235/month which will be taken out of direct deposit, they have asked for a lump sum of my first 4 monthly payments, which turns out to be $940. Option 3. is Insurance coverage I would have to purchase from them $1800, to secure the loan, after 5 consecutive months of on-time payments, the $1800 would be refunded.

I am seriously considering option #2, sending them $940 they said I would send it securly through western union, and within 3-4 hours, the loan would be deposited into my account, or I could have a certified cheque delivered to my house via fedex. I just have worries that after I send them $940, nothing will happen. I have talked to this man adam wilcox on the phone, he sounds like a very nice, understanding, knowledgable financial advisor, I do trust him I expressed my concerns with him and he assures me that this whole process is legitimate. can somebody visit thier website for me, the website states an actual address under contact information which is always a good sign, let me know how the website looks to you, below is the first page of the loan contract they sent me. I am on the fence about this one, but I really need a loan, but I do not want to be scammed. please advise on your opinions, or if anybody has experience dealing with this company? or a loan process like this, does this sound like the general way things need to be done? please give your opinions...
thank you very much

SCAM, to not touch this. You will send the $940 and then there will be a few other issues that come up where they will need a little more money from you. Then after a few days they will have another "fee" you need to pay. If you look carefully they are not giving you the loan "we have obtained a lender to process and approve your loan request" Once they have your $940.00 and the $1,800 this lender will disappear. And you will need to pay a bit more for another lender, all said and done good luck getting your funds back

How dangerous is obamamania?...anyone who is aware of what is happening should LEARN...but will they?

.Without unfound support from his millions of supporters, Obama will stumble into disaster.

I have carefully watched the new President’s first 100 days and we are appalled. and fOUND that Obama has continued Bush policies affecting the abuses of Wall Street banks, and allowing Wall Street wrongdoers to manage our economy and the "recovery."
What about his saying about prosecuting those bankers who profited from the most massive fraudulent swindle in human history? What about him saying he would call out names,,NOT.

The CNBC TV Documentary House of Cards explained in detail with surprisingly candid on camera, guilt free admissions by the wrong-doers how this swindle worked from the borrowers and mortgage salesmen in Los Angeles to the top CEOs of Wall Street and to the Fed..in tone.
Why ia Obama afraid to name names and cite the fraudulent acts of those responsible?, and the specific violations of law. ignoring and acting contrary to this accumulated human wisdom.
The legal elements or requirements of the crime or wrong of fraud known to every first year law student are taught.
President Obama is a lawyer, and a ten year professor of Constitutional Law. His roots are in Chicago politics. President Obama clearly knows the elements of fraud. .
Sadly we voters and generations of our offspring will suffered almost incalculable damage…damage totaling many trillions of dollars that will plague us for generations.
PRESIDENT OBAMA IS NOT FAITHFULLY EXECUTING THE LAW seizeing way too much private "mafia-like" power over all of us. President Obama can and must follow the law.
OBAMA’S CHOSEN FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC ADVISORS KNOWINGLY DEREGULATED SO AS TO ENABLE THE FRAUD, AND THEN PARTICIPATED IN THE FRAUD AND PROFITED FROM IT

In addition to paying his own taxes, Timothy Geithner had a public responsibility and duty to all of us. Timothy Geithner, the man chiefly responsible for avoiding what has happened, instead facilitated the fraud. He did not supervise and he did not regulate.
AND>>>>>>>
PRESIDENT OBAMA IS KNOWINGLY AND INTENTIONALLY REWARDING CRIMINALS AND IS COVERING UP WALL STREET BANK CRIMES AND FRAUD.

It is a felony for any person including the President of the United States to cover up a crime.

Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

Such a cover up is also criminal fraud ,.-<>

Such a cover up when done by a President, Vice President or a Secretary of Treasury is also a "high crime and misdemeanor" warranting impeachment under Article II, Section 4 of our Constitution:

"The president, vice president and all other civil officers of the United States shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of…high crimes and misdemeanors."

President Obama has also taken the Presidential Oath that he will faithfully execute this cover up avoidance law as well, and not to violate it himself.
Obama, in a recent speech to Wall Street CEOs telling them to "cool it" about justifying their contract rights to bonuses, said

"My administration is the only thing between you and the pitchforks."

So what is he saying to the 80% of us potentially holding pitchforks who voted for him?

In effect, he is saying in his vague, charming, persuasive and hypnotic way: "I know of no crimes. I want to look to the future I will not prosecute the bankers. I will hire them as advisors. We have nothing to learn from their mistakes. We together will try to restore lending, and restart the economy as it was."

What are President Obama’s own lawyers, Dawn Johnson Chief of the Office of Legal Counsel and Attorney General Eric Holder advising him? Are they, like John Yoo and Michael Mukasey who advised Bush that he could torture, advising Obama that he has the power to ignore the law created exactly for the purpose of dealing with failing banks because of an economic emergency? What is brilliant lawyer Obama advising himself? Where is there indication of Obama’s own integrity and inner moral compass?

WHAT ARE THE CONSEQUENCES FOR US IF OBAMA’S MUTI-TRILLION BAIL OUT OF WALL STREET "SUCCEEDS?"

The most immediate, pressing danger is that it will not work at all. Obama may not discover this until it is too late to try another solution. The reason is Obama seeks mainly to restore the lending ability of the Wall Street banks. That will work only if we are willing to fund our purchases by more borrowing. We are not. We will not borrow. We are too frightened. The great danger is of a total breakdown of civilized democratic society.

Even if it "works," Obama’s plan will never succeed for us. The reasons are:

Obama and his advisors see capitalism as a stable system

wow..sur got some nasty answers..but..what do you expext from onaamas?
they likely either were unable to stay on task to read your questin..
of they could not understand it!
obaams are like that..lol..most of them if asked would say the sarah pallin said she can see russia from her livingroom..lol..she NEVER said that..TINA Fey did..

Interracial Marriage Fight?

Inter Racial Marriage & Relationship

My name is Maria, I am working in dubai as one of the Financial Advisor in biggest telecom company in Dubai. I got involved with an Indian -Hindu guy also working in Dubai as Sales Manager. We had fallen inlove and our relationship genuinely turned into more serious relationship as we can imagine. We decided to live together, as part of knowing and understanding each other culture and values, he told me that at the age of 10 yrs old, he was pledged or engaged to one female hindu indians in their community that they are waiting for the right age to full fill the traditional marriage. Since we both love each other too much, we took the risk of living together and our relationship had gone to another level. My boyfriend has high respect to his father ,family and with his cultures. He was tormented with the idea that he needs to marry the girl that he doesnt love, while I whom he loves so much will be suffering. Back home his parents are arranging a big ceremony this october for his wedding. I come to know that the lady was visiting his parents house every week to check with his parents. I happened to answer all that woman call in his phone, and it hurts me to know that she is the "so called arranged fiancee for him"., I wanted to fight for our relationship, he is so confused what to do. One day i called that woman and told her that I am not calling her to fight with her but only to informed her the situation of my boyfriend in dubai, that he is having a wonderful life with me here. that incident spread to the community and his father told him to go back to India and run the family business. I was feeling guilty for what Ive done, he is crying with me telling that he loves me and his career in dubai. He had built his own career from scratch up the level that money is no longer problem for him. I am explaining to him that sooner or later his family will comes to know about us and its time for him to decide. It will be unfair for everybody to live like this. He tried to explain to me that he very scared with his father that even his father will tell him to jump and killhimself he will do it. I dont know what to do to enlighten him about this situation, why he needs to chose between me and his parents where we can be all together as one big family. I do not understand why parents in india are doing this to this children, his parents were got married at the age of 15, he was pledge and engaged at the age of 10, and he will be hopefull not to his children at the age of 12?,, i really dont wanted to lose this guy and our 2 years relationship.

the so called"fiancee" doesnt understand the situaion, why can she accept the fact that shes marrying a man who doesnt love her at all? and thinking that her husband to be is involved with other woman whom he trully love, why cant she made up her mind to back out with this arranged marriage?, why cant she explained to this guy parents that they need to accept their son choice and decision.

how can I get out of this problem? shall I continue fighting for our love? my boyfriend needs an advice from other people . I dont know where to turn to? shall i summon the advice of their hindu priest in dubai to speak with him? or shall i summon the advice of one of his friend? or someone that we know that not indian nor not filipino...its hurting me so much that my boyfriend will just simply gave up his career and life for the sake of the old traditional community practices.

Maria, here's the thing. I honestly don't think you've given his fiancee a fair shake. The reason I say this is because she has not had the opportunities that you have had in life; from her childhood she has been raised knowing that someday this man will be her husband and she has been trained to think as his wife. Archaic perhaps, but reality nontheless. So by her going to his parents house etc. really is not unforgivable. This is her life,as he knows it. (Anyone who has seen Coming to America with Eddie Murphy knows what I'm talking about--Remember when he met his betrothed in the beginning of the movie?) But that goes for his parents too. They obviously live in a part of India where such practices are still the norm, as they have been for centuries. It is not possible for them to reverse hundreds of years of such thinking overnight just because their son is with you. I think you are quite naive on this matter, and a bit selfish. Calling her the "so-called" fiancee is inappropriate because according to their custom, that's what she is. Thinking that you can all be one big happy family is also naive because his parents will not understand the concept of choosing love over duty (and lets remember that not that long ago it was lik ethat in Europe and the U.S. as well. it is not a concept unique to India).
All that being said, I understand your frustration because you are clearly unfamiliar with these customs and ways of thinking. You cannot make up his mind for him. And part of what is causing him to be so emotional is guilt--he was raised with that thinking too and now he is going against the grain, so to speak. And you will never get him to forget about his upbringing, any more than you can forget your own. But he needs to make the desicion for himself. Maybe you two need some time apart so he can decide. He is being pulled in two directions; towards them and towards you. Whichever he chooses he will feel guilty, so maybe you need to take a step back and give yourself room to breathe as well. Remember if you stay together, it will create a whole new set of baggage that you both have to live with. Take some time out to decide if you can handle that.
And what happens if your relationship does not work out? His family may never accept him into the fold again, if they are that traditional.
I know I don't sound as sympathetic as the others, but I'm just being objective and realistic.
Good Luck to you.
