Should i recommend to gov not to pay cash funds to any foreign country, but offer them American assistance by practical developments & real supplies of US products or services...?
For example: Africa need assistance, US construction companies could offer Road networks, Car manufacturer should plan Automobiles for Africa, Factory based Home manufacturers can design towns for African communities, US energy manufacturer establish power houses, US financial institutes can offer micro-finance to businesses in Africa.... etc, all this mega plan should backed by US gov funding to American business owners, but conditional to spend in target location or community
This type of home based planning, & localized funding to business can help to create loop of Mega Jobs & opportunities nationwide... fruits of this can be shareable across globe
In simple words, Gov assist nationwide business & encourage them to Act in global markets
