The offices total 1,700 sq. ft. There are 5 individual offices and each office has 125 to 225 sq. ft. These are ideal for independent attorneys, cpa's, mortgage brokers, mfr's. reps., etc. I already have a realtor and a financial advisor in place. If you have a Realtor then your Realtor should be doing the advertising. If not, you can run an ad in your local paper and advertise for free on www.craigslist.org and www.postaroo.com. Another thing you can do is send a letter to the businesses you have in mind. You never know when someone is looking to change locations. You might also check with your local Chamber of Commerce.

I am planning on attending college in the fall to become a medical assistant in Wisconsin. From what I gather, the pay range can be between $12-$14/hr starting out, but I think some people might make more than this. I just had a meeting with the financial aid advisor, and it will end up costing me over $20,000 to go to school for this program (including grants & loans). At my present job, I already make over $12/hr. Are there any medical assistants that have been through the program that think it would be worth it to go this far into debt for this program? I am genuinely interested in it but also have a 10 month old son and previous school loans I am paying on, so I am not sure if this is a good decision at this juncture in my life. I feel like if I do not do something now though that I will get lazy and not do it. Any advice is appreciated. What do you think?
DON'T DO IT! I went to a medical assisting school here in california that cost me 11,000(6,000 I have to pay back on my own). Only two girls from my class got jobs, the rest were left high and dry. I'm not saying the situation will be the same but if I had only just gone to the community college like my mother told me I wouldn't be owing so much money! The school is fun and the teachers are real nice but that only to get your money. When I went on extern, there was 3 of us and a community college medical student. Guess who go the job? And the worst part was that her's only costed her 2,000. Now some words of advice, it helps to be bilingual, spanish speaking I mean. And all the jobs want experience mostly 1 to 2 years to start. And no one will hire you to get that experience! So, choose a community college always or pick a different medical field to go into. NEVER GO TO A PRIVATE SCHOOL! YOU DON'T WANT TO END UP LIKE ME!
