Should i recommend to gov not to pay cash funds to any foreign country, but offer them American assistance by practical developments & real supplies of US products or services...?
For example: Africa need assistance, US construction companies could offer Road networks, Car manufacturer should plan Automobiles for Africa, Factory based Home manufacturers can design towns for African communities, US energy manufacturer establish power houses, US financial institutes can offer micro-finance to businesses in Africa.... etc, all this mega plan should backed by US gov funding to American business owners, but conditional to spend in target location or community
This type of home based planning, & localized funding to business can help to create loop of Mega Jobs & opportunities nationwide... fruits of this can be shareable across globe
In simple words, Gov assist nationwide business & encourage them to Act in global markets
do you think this is practical & beneficial advise ?
You convince the president to limit international trade. So that we are forced to hire American workers to produce products we use everyday here in American factories. We should increase export and decrease imports.

Times are changing
Published 2/2/2010
The financial services industry has experienced its share of changes in recent years, and more specifically, the insurance industry. In light of recent events, these changes are merely the beginning of what could be coming in the near future. Advisors need to adapt to meet the challenges of this new era, to deliver a full spectrum of products and services, to reinvent themselves and the industry, and to better serve families who desperately need the wisdom and counsel of a “True Advisor” partnership.
The wave of change
This wave of change began in August 2005 with the NASD’s “Notice to Members” 05-50. In the brief report issued by the NASD (now FINRA) regarding the notice, they said it “… addresses the responsibility of firms to supervise the sale by their associated persons of equity-indexed annuities (EIAs) that are not registered under the federal securities laws.” The Notice suggested that broker-dealers supervise the sale of all unregistered fixed indexed annuities, completely revising their treatment, making them more like a security than an insurance product.
