Usa Credit Card

I've heard about virtual credit cards or pre-paid credit cards, but haven't researched them in depth. I can use a friend's USA address, just need an American credit card.

i am moving to japan this month and i will be paid in yen. but how exactly do i pay off my US credit cards? is there a way to pay them off without wiring money back to a US checking account? i have credit cards with capital one, bank of america, and citicards, if that helps.

Do you have a PayPal account? If you have a PayPal account, you can fund that with your Yen and PayPal will convert it into USD.

You can then use the $$$ to pay off your credit cards.

I attempted 3 times to buy an e ticket from Cebu Air (Phillipines based carrier) using 3 different valid USA issued credit cards-each time the transaction wont got through-all the cards are for sure valid-I I have USA add-does any body know a way to get around this-Cebu air has a place on their web page for submitting questions but it also does not work!

I did on-line booking with Cebu Pacific and paid for the ticket using a Philippine issued MasterCard.

In my first attempt, I used a VISA card issued by a Philippine bank to pay, the transaction was not processed. In my second attempt, I used a MasterCard issued by ANOTHER Philippine bank and the transaction was processed.

I could just surmise that Cebu Pacific can only accept payment from SELECTED credit cards. Maybe this the reason for your difficulty.

What makes you think you can pay some individual in China with your credit card? Most BUSINESSES in China don't even accept credit cards, let alone individuals. Think about it - if you owned an extra apartment and were seeking a tenant and they asked you if they could pay you with their credit card, what would you think? In China rent is paid in cash, as are most other transactions. Even personal checks are not used. Even if there were some way this landlord could make arrangements to accept payment from you with a credit card, they will never do it. You are giving them "mafan" (Chinese for "trouble"). They want CASH. I lived in China for 10 years in at least 10 different apartments with at least 10 different landlords. Neither I nor any of my expat or Chinese friends ever paid in anything but cold hard cash, You will have an easier time paying in yaks than using a credit card!

I know there's alot of japanese porn out there, but i'm talking the ones online that offer memberships and you can download movies to your comp from their website after you become a member. but do any of them allow people from the usa to get a membership and how does it work being that those companies are far away and you'd be giving them your credit card info
