the best credit card processing software and shopping cart?

Hi everyone,
I have my own site and am still working on it and need a good software to accept credit cards and have a shopping cart. Anyone know what I could use?
My host is currently tripod. I would like to accept all major credit cards. I am using dreamweaver and flash to build my site. I will have about 60 items. Yes I have a merchant account and I
and the most important thing of all is that I want all of this compatible with flash. Thanks!

I use the Agora free shopping cart, and manual credit card option. This is a much cheaper approach. If you are just starting out, and have a manual and cheapest credit card system, then go this way. You see, your website won't be breaking sales records at first.

Then buy Google Ads.

I am looking for a credit card processing software, anybody have suggestions?

Simple Payment Systems is truly the absolute best for credit card and electronic check processing. The electronic check processes the check like a credit card. So if the check is deposited into your account ASAP from your business. If it is bad you know right away. I have done research for a long time. They give you free equipment, free training, free software- with a check out cart! (if you have a web site also that you want to sell items on.) They beat discount rate quotes that you give them too. They have 24 hour live help, which is handy. FDIC insured. Make sure you tell them you want the free program. We switched from another company over to them. And have never been happier. Go to their web site and call them or fill out the form and they can contact you. I did countless hours of research! Trust me they are the BEST.
Best wishes!

Need help purchasing credit card processing software?

I am looking for a way for the business I work for to accept credit cards. We are not an online business. We have a machine which can perform the transaction. I need to know what to look for when it comes to software. Also, do we need to find a seperate company that would process the credit cards for us or will the company I bought the program from do it as well? I have never done anything like this before so any advice would be helpful. Thanks.
itsjustme, just so you know, I know plenty. I have just never had to purchase credit card processing software before and I am not going to walk into it blindly. Also, we are getting the machine for free and we do have a referral to a company that would sell us software, but I enjoy saving my company money so they can pay me more. That is why I am browsing for other options. It sounds to me like you have no clue what you are doing since you had basically nothing constructive to say. Have your mommy fix you a snack and shut your mouth. I have to get back to work. I am busy filing patents and working on government bids. Loser.

Hi Corey,

It is definitely a great idea to start accepting credit cards at your place of work! When it comes to accepting credit cards there are two things you need, in which you already have one: 1) a credit card terminal/machine 2) a merchant account.

A merchant account is provided by a credit card processing company. When you sign-up w/an account, the company will use their own software and program your terminal to accept credit cards, of course with the normal transactions fees associated with accepting them.

There's a company called group bankcard that can take your existing terminal and program it to accept cards when you sign up with them--they make it really easy (you won't have to get a new terminal unless you want one, which they can also provide).

In my opinion, the easiest way to approach this is just to call them so that they can walk you through the steps. The number is 800-571-2606. Just call anytime and they'll guide you through it all the way!

Hope this helps and good luck btw!

Credit Card Processing?

I am opening a business and I was wondering does any one know a good software for credit card processing under $200 that can run a MAC. Help appreciated.

This link below will give you FREE software of your choice. Some of it has shopping carts too. They have no annual fees, no set up, no application fees and they train you for free and any employees you have also. They beat all quotes from other companies too. Low discount rate, low transaction fees. That is exactly what you want to look for when you shop around. I have done my research for a long time and Simple Payment Systems is the best all around. All this software they have should all be compatible with MAC. Call them up or fill out the form and they can call you.
Best wishes!
