Printing A PCIBA Cash Card Receipt Using A Credit Card Terminal
I shop around for credit card terminal printer for my business. I found some good thermal printers on display but they are way to far for my budget. I was wondering if I have other choices. What are some types of credit card terminal receipt printers?
There are indeed other types of credit card terminal receipt printers. There are dot matrix, thermal, and inkjet receipt printers. You can read all about it by visiting the link below.

if i need to send someone a copy of my drivers license or credit card without sending a fax, scan those items into your computer so you can send those copies in an email format
thanks
For the purpose of this article I presume you have a scanner hooked up to your computer. Older scanners were connected to the printer port; now, generally, scanners are USB same as almost every external device.
Usually, your scanner has one or more buttons on it, that you press one, and it sends a message that activates the software to either do a scan, or a print, or save as a file, which then activates the scanner to take the image.
At least that's the way mine does it, and it's a Canon $80 scanner, it wasn't very expensive. It simply does scans, it does not print or anything else. It's also a flatbed scanner, which is the safest to use when scanning items because there's no chance of damaging them. It's also the slowest, but unless you're doing volume scans the time it takes isn't that significant, perhaps one minute for a full 8 1/2 x 11" page.
If the button feature isn't present, your scanner came with some program that you activate that tells the scanner to begin doing a scan.
You will want to save to a file. You then attach that file to the e-mail. Be sure you know what you're scanning and if it shows you the area in question, that you mark it correctly, as sometimes the scanner program guesses which part of the image to capture and guesses wrong.

This is the motor for paper feed for HyperCom T7P-T credit card processing machine
I am in the merchant processing biz and I have not seen a place where you can purchase parts like this. It sounds like you are handy, so my advice would be to purchase a used T7P and keep your current machine for parts back up or vice versa. Plenty of Ebay sellers sell these terminal used for less than $50.
Good luck!
I am looking to buy a plastic card printer, like a credit card with photo and info. It must be colour with barcode. New or second hand.

New iMacs with a whopping 27″ display – Out comes my credit card ...
Today Apple announced new hardware and the most exciting part for me was the new ginormous 27″ iMacs. I’ve been dealing with a sick 3yr old iMac for several months now and recently wrestled with the decision to buy a laptop or another desktop. After today’s revelations, I’m definitely going to continue to use a desktop as my main computer and will be ordering a new quad-core 27″ iMac (and if I fall to temptation, maybe even a Macbook Pro to go along with it). I haven’t purchased anything ‘big’ for myself in quite a long time, so I’m going with the high end 27″ model, with the quad-core processor and 8GB of RAM. I’m going to have to wait a few weeks to get it though as the Apple store is saying they won’t be available till November. Anyone else treating themselves today?
