will i get in trouble if i say im a full time student to get another credit card. i dropped out of school i few semesters ago but i still have my student ID and stuff.

As long as you filling out the application as yourself and not trying to impersonate another person you would be okay legally. However, you would have to deal with any moral implications from your lying.

Now you still won't get the credit card if they do check and being a full time student is a requirement for approval. They will just send you a letter saying you were declined for <Insert reason here>.

I am not concerned about high interest rates. I just need a reasonable line of credit.

sometimes i find other junk mail to send back, but most of the time i send back what they sent me only ripped up. i get on average 1-2 a day from different credit card companies. even the tards that i already have a credit card with still send me credit app.
the envelope says illegal to tamper with envelope or contents, but i think that is on there to scare ppl. i still wonder if i am gonna get a letter from an attorney cuz i am sending their crap back to them. which i never requested and am constantly harrassed with.
any thoughts from anyone?
i noticed that the customer locater number on the back of the reply envelopes are the same per address from the same company no matter who the letter is addressed to., but still i don't send anything with any personal info on it.

That warning is actually meant for people to read once the letter has been sent. It is unnecessary though, so therefore it scares people. You have nothing to worry about (in this situation)!

I applied with two companies but both declined.

Make sure you apply for a card that is within your credit rating. If you are a college student, apply for a student card. Otherwise there are other cards available for people no "No Credit" and also for people with "Bad Credit". I find it useful to see cards available by credit requirements. I find the following site very useful when it comes to find the right card.

Getting denied will not lower your chance of getting a credit card. But I would not suggest applying too many times and getting denied. They do scan your credit history every time you apply for one which could potentially have negative impact on your score. Just apply for a card that is within your limit from the site listed. I only got to know when I received a reply turning it down because she had entered wrong info which obviously conflicted with information held with credit agencies.

They already turned her down therefore there is nothing to cancel. You can contact the credit card company to let them know what happened if you wish.

Please let your child know that falsifying information to get credit is against the law and she can get into legal trouble even if she is a minor. This is not a game.
