I started working as a bookkeeper like a week ago, I was asked to reconcile or categorize the company credit card from April – October statement without receipt. Basically they just printed the statement from online. When they pay the credit card it was only book on a/p misc account, now they wanna break it down. The statement amount total is about $70-100K a month. Is it legal for a company to use credit card and not keep receipt. In case they got audited am I gonna get in in trouble.. Please advice…
not your problem -- you just have to categorize not audit!!! the receipts could be filed away with expense reports for all you know!!!
www.creditfast.com This video can help people get their credit limit back. Credit card companies across the nation have lowered the credit limits ...
I'm emancipated and have court papers that prove i can obtain a credit card. Once I tell them i'm not 18 but I'm emancipated they just basically hang up. So is their any credit card companies that issue to emancipated minors.
To get your credit kicked off you usually need a co-signer much less need to be over 18. Try calling them and ask them about a department for getting help establishing credit. Getting it kicked off the pain.
Don't expect it to come right away you'll be paying through the nose for a while. Establishing Real and Good Credit just plain takes Years of History behind you.

Or would they just pursue property or real estate that could be sold for a profit?
It depends. The link below should help. It really depends upon the jurisdiction and circumstances. You really need a lawyer.

One of my credit cards only reports to TransUnion, and my student loan lender only reports to Equifax and Experian. Can I request each of them to report to all 3 bureaus or do they only follow their company's policy?
Specifically, can I require them to do so?

Here you can check your 3-in-1 Report from all three credit reporting agencies and your credit score rating.
I am trying to track down some specific information regarding credit card companies closing accounts due to inactivity.
Has anyone seen this in credit card applications or policies?
Does anyone know of any laws that address this or similar issues?
What is more likely to happen is that they would start charging an annual fee, so at least they make something off of you. And if you overlook that with other junk mail, they might also get a late fee for the annual fee you did not notice (because you had not used the card). That happened to me. I complained, but use the card occasionally now, so no annual fee.
My boss had a very low interest card years ago, did not use it, and they transferred it to another bank with higher interest rate (not sure if they started charging a fee).

Heat builds around US Chamber's stance on climate change
Losing key members, fending off a high-profile hoax and facing political headwinds, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce spent a record $34.7 million in the third quarter lobbying against the Obama administration's proposals to overhaul energy policy, financial regulation and health care.
The Chamber's money paid for more than a dozen lobbyists to visit Congress, the White House and agencies from Agriculture to Treasury. Most of the Chamber's positions -- free trade, unfettered credit card lending, Cash for Clunkers rebates -- enjoy broad support among the Chamber's diverse corporate members.
The Chamber's lobbying agenda encompasses virtually any issue that affects business -- so the group has a stance on virtually every issue. Debates on far-reaching effects, such as health care, often occupy the most attention. But the Chamber disclosure also shows the group devoted serious resources to issues important to a smaller number of members -- Internet taxation, immigration enforcement and forcing children to speak English.
