College Credit Card

I am a college student and want to know if I should apply for a college credit card or just apply for the regular ones. Is there some extra benefits or limitations of having a college credit card as oppose to the regular ones?

college cards usually have lower limits. if you qual for a regular one, that should have better rewards offers like citibank or chase cashback rewards

Can anyone tell me what the best college student credit card is? What's usually the credit card limit for students? I'm planning to get it just in case I need it when I go to South Korea this summer.

HSBC has a student credit card. Usually the limit is around $500. They take into account that you might not have much of an established credit history. 1-800-975-4722 That's their number. They are pretty good cards too. Mastercard. Accepted anywhere mastercard is accepted, worldwide too.

Check to see if your school has a credit union on campus or a bank that caters specifically to students. The card will generally be more lenient in granting credit but will also have lower credit limits. They understand that you are starting out and will work with you.

there are two ways you could start credit one or them is taking out a small personal loan which you might need a parent or an adult to co-sign for you meaning if you do not pay the loan they will. Or you could apply for a credit card for bad or no credit which most likely will get you approved no matter what, but if you are a student you could get a student credit card which will offer you lower rates and no annual fees, check out www.fastcreditcardapprovals.com but if you have applied for different cards most likely you have been applying for the wrong one so make sure you apply for a no credit card which will have a higher interest rate with an annual fee but use it for a few months just enough to build some credit then you could get a better card and drop your first one. But if you are a student apply for a student card these cards have no annual fees and low interest rates.

IF you have always had good credit and recently you went over your credit card limit accidently and are making payments? What to do to get the college bank credit card ?

You're just going to have to give it time. If your credit isn't up to par when you apply, there is no way to appeal the credit card company's decision. I would wait another 6 months and reapply.
