Cheap Credit Card

It will be a limo service. Most of our transactions will occur over the phone. So we won't need a machine??? This also means we will be paying more for not having the credit card in hand. What's a good company to use?

the best rates I have found are through the executive membership program at Costco. The credit card vendor is Inova which is one of the biggest in the industry.

The literature, fine print and figures all intimidate me. I don't really know which is cheaper and better for.
So what exactly should i focus on? What does APR mean?

Find one with the lowest (preferrably fixed) interest rate possible, no annual fee, and perhaps gives you cash back on purchases.

The APR is the Annual Percentage Rate, which is the rate of how much interest you will have to pay back for using credit. The APR and interest rate is not the exact same, but is so close that I don't try to differentiate the two.

You should pay attention to the interest rate; the fees for late payments, balance transfers, etc; and any notices or changes to your account that are sent.

I dont have any debit and credit card thats why I look for VCC

Just use your debit card for verification.
