what is the alternate way to get any thing through e-mail without using credit card
I live in Bangladesh too and same problem is faced by almost everybody here. There are only a handful of exceptions those who are foreign currency Credit Card holders.
Therefore, you may contact your friends or relatives to help you pay such small amounts since paying them through Banking channel is time consuming and next to impossible.
I am not suggesting you to break the law, but again if say you want to pay US$ 70 to Internic for 2 years fee then you may have to pay similar amount as Bank Charges if you would open L/C on Internic, the only mode-of-payment possible from Bangladesh.
So, I think the time has come that we ask our government not only to have access to the Internet Submarine Cable connection and reduced rate of customs duty and other taxes of computers and its peripherals, but also let us be able to pay for the goods and services of the items related with IT.
I could not remit around US$50 to Eudora for my upgradation and also to so many software OEMs that I am to use the free-versions or pirated software at a lower price, those we can buy in Bangladesh. How many times one can request their friends and relatives living abroad to help them out on such small payments?
By the way, I am SCB-MasterCard and SCB-Visa Debit Card holder, but these are for Taka only and "Valid only in Bangladesh". When I go abroad, these cards are useless. We can not have MasterCard and Visa for foreign currency in Bangladesh for the reason of stringent rules and regulations!
It is terrible situation and nobody seems to be worried about this aspect. By the way, I am foreign currency earner and earned over US$2.5 Million during the last 3 years export, but I am penniless in terms of foreign currency and have to ask others to help pay my goods and services in US Dollars! (lol).

I've had an orchard bank and a first premier bank credit card for about a year now, I'm trying to rebuild my credit score since bankruptcy. I was just approved for and got a capital one card. I only have a $250 limit on one (which is paid off) and a $400 limit on another (that I owe about $320 on). The capital one card has a $1k limit. I was debating paying off the one card and canceling them both. The interest rates are crazy (30%) and they charge me $6/month. Should I cancel them?

Cancel all of them and don't use credit cards. Use a bank card that has a Visa or MasterCard function. You can build your credit that way without going into debt with a credit card.
I have debt of around S$50,000. Have been paying minimum for few years.
Now face some difficulty as I need to quit my job to take care of my kids and all burden rest with my husband.
I have tried CCS but they told me they cant help and suggest i talk to banks directly or declare bankrupt.
I don't mind declare bankrupt if need to but need to find out more about it.
Is there any company or law firm in Singapore that I can get some answers or solution?
