Can i buy prepaid credit card from macys by using an macys gift card?
I really really doubt it. The money that was given to Macy's is already in their possession, as a prepayment for goods they sell. Since a Visa could be used elsewhere I'm not sure how they'd even switch that out, let alone agree with the loss.
However, I have heard of websites and things where you can swap gift cards and such for those you want. You might look into it.

I bought the prepaid card today, can I use this card to pay for my glasses? It says VISA is accepted but I'm not sure if prepaid will work. Yes, it should work exactly like a non prepaid credit card for purchases. The only obstacle that you may come across is if you try and use it as payment for for a subscription of some sort. But that depends on the payment policy set by the company. You may want to look into a PayPal account too.

You can go to Safeway and they have prepaid credit cards. But note they have a charge with these cards.
