I buy ALOT from eBay using Paypal, and I'm wondering which credit card offers the best reward (cash back or otherwise) when buying using Paypal. Thanks!
There are credit cards that offer 1.5% - 2.0% rewards on all spending. For example, the Capital One No Hassle Miles Ultra for Professionals earns nearly 2% rewards on all spending, but the rewards have to be redeemed on airline tickets. Also, the Fidelity Investments Rewards Signature Visa earns 1.5% cash back on all spending.
You can use this rewards calculator to see which credit card will pay you the most for a given spending profile:

Incidentally, on the left hand side of that CreditCardTuneUp page toward the bottom, there's a blurb you might be interested in about BigCrumbs being able to save you 36% off your Ebay fees.

I have heard that the Amex Blue and Chase Freedom are the best cards to get cash back rewards, but all the calculations I have seen include groceries and gas in their math. I will be buying very little of these items on this card, it will mostly be big purchases like airfare, hotel, car and meals. Which one is overall the best, if you don't include the items with the heavier cash back?
There's a good chance that the American Express TrueEarnings® Card from Costco and American Express card would be best for you because it pays 2% cash back on travel expenses and 3% cash back at restaurants (as well as 3% back on gasoline).
However, you can use this rewards calculator to see which of many rewards cards will pay you the most for your expected spending profile:

there are a couple of ways you could start building credit, you could get a small personal loan which you might need a cosigner or the best way will be getting a credit cards, you could get a credit card and use it for your every day expenses but make sure you pay in full at the end of the month that way it will show pay in full everytime the credit card company reports to the credit beuros. At the begining you will only be approved for the lower end credit cards but once you build credit in about 6-9 months you should be able to apply for a better card with better benefits such as free miles or cash back. Check out http://www.fastcreditcardapprovals.com and go under bad or no credit section and you will find a few choices. But if you are a student apply of a student credit card these cards have no annual fees and low rates.
