Free credit report.com requires a credit card, and so does the other one. I don't have a valid credit card and i cannot get one due to my credit. How the fuck am i suppose to find out my credit score to fix it if i cant even access it? I don't have a bank account either.

You can view all three credit reports every 12 months for free.
However this does not include credit scores so if you want them you will have to pay for them. The thing to remember though is that these credit scores are what's known as FAKO scores. They are essentially worthless as creditors do not use them in their decision on whether to grant credit to you or not. The only credit scores that really matter are FICO scores.
You will however have to pay for these but there are discounts available. From time to time you can view them for free but as far as I know that is not being offered right now.
If you still want to view your FAKO scores there is one website that offers them for free based on your TransUnion credit report.

My yahoo mailbox contains an email which my anti phishing software pop up says it has blocked from receiving my credit card details!. I'm worried that someone else will open the email on another computer as it is a business account with several people having access. if they don't have the correct software, I believe credit card details may be stolen. When I try to delete the email or "spam" it I just keep getting the warning message back.

Contct the people who run the site and ask them what's going on and make sure you let your workmates know about it so they don't get hurt by the email and never under any circumstance leave any credit card or bank details on a computer that is on the internet

I am planning on purchasing an Xbox 360 soon and want to be able to access the Xbox Live Marketplace. I bough Bullet Witch and want to download the free special features only available through Xbox Live. I don't even know if the content is still available for downloading, but I want to know if I have to use my credit card in order the access the marketplace at all. I don't plan on purchasing anything through it.
Only need a silver subscription for looking or downloading free online. You would use a credit card or Live Points Card for purchases, and you would need a gold membership only for online play. I love the Xbox for the free content.
IMPO the gold membership is well worth it for online play, but I really think Microsoft hoses you for the purchasable content. That's one advantage I give to Wii and its VC games.

Suitcase Leads to Credit Card Fraud Charges for Sacramento Men
SACRAMENTO, CA - A suitcase full of fake credit cards and a credit card reader-encoder appears to have been the undoing of a couple of Sacramento men now charged with conspiracy and access device fraud.
Joseph Hatfield, 27, and Jahmeelah Sullins, 22, were charged Thursday in federal court in Sacramento on an indictment alleging the two used stolen credit card numbers to buy gift cards and merchandise from stores in Sacramento, Texas, FLorida and elsewhere. The purchases totaled more than $50,000, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.
Assistant United States Attorney Robin R. Taylor said an investigation began Feb. 12 when an unidentified suitcase was recovered by Southwest Airlines at Sacramento International Airport. Among the counterfeit credit cards and credit card reader-encoder in the bag was a fake California driver's license with the name Adam Constant, an alias used by Hatfield, according to Taylor.
