Business Credit Card Debt

By filing personal bankruptcy (chapter 7) including business credit card debts with personal guarentees; do I also have to file for business chapter 11 bankruptcy because of these same credit cards or will the pesonal filing take care of them without involving my business?

I accidentally put a personal charge on my company card and not my personal credit card. Is there a way for me to transfer it over to my personal and it not show up on the business statement?

Maybe call who charged it and have them refund and charge your personal card.

However, there are no grants for a for profit business unless you are opening a daycare and then it is a minimal amount. If you need money, you will need to apply for a loan. No lender will talk to you unless you provide them with a valid business plan. Go to http://www.sba.gov , http://www.score.org or http://www.bplan.com for sample business plans and instructions on how to write a business plan.

Then, go to http://www.score.org/ and in the upper left hand corner, enter your zip code. On the next screen, you will get information on the nearest SCORE chapter. Call them and arrange for a free meeting with a SCORE counselor to review your business plan and discuss various loan options available to you.

I need some good legal resources for being able to handle the substantial debt I've incurred starting up my business. I am in settlement with one, but I owe so many others that I am unable to pay until I finish settling this debt, and then I'll settle the next and so on. I have a few accounts that are in the Law Office of so and so. Do I need to call them back because they don't tell me who they represent on the voicemail. I live in Texas, so would need contacts familiar with small business debt. I tried a debt negotiation company, but those don't work for me and end up costing me more.
